At Wood Custom Prints, each item is handmade with care and crafted to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy below:
Returns & Refunds

Custom & Personalized Orders: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Custom Items (if applicable): You may return unused, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an error made on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations may not be possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and review the return (if applicable).
