  • Each product is handmade and may vary slightly in color, texture, or design.

  • Custom orders require accurate details from the customer. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if necessary (e.g., due to stock, payment issues, or inappropriate custom text/designs).

 

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments are accepted through PayPal, credit/debit card.

  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within United States only now.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Wood Custom Prints is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once handed over to the shipping carrier.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photo proof.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, images, and content on the Wood Custom Prints website are the property of Wood Custom Prints and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Wood Custom Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

 

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Jersey.

  • Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Middletown Township Municipal Court.
